Cost Accountant (CRL)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MRP/ERP systems, such as, Epicor/SAP

Thorough understanding of accounting procedures.

Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.

Ability to manage confidential information.

Perform advanced cost accounting analysis including comparing estimated vs. actual costs, reviewing profit margins, and analyzing controllable/uncontrollable cost impacts

Maintain and manage cost data in ERP systems (Epicor) — including part cost maintenance, cost rolls, part updates, and database accuracy.

Prepare and present financial and manufacturing reports, such as monthly absorption reports, budget reports, and variance analyses to support data‑driven decisions.

Lead or co-lead inventory and cost control processes, including physical inventory coordination, variance analysis, and inventory adjustments.

Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to estimate product costs, monitor process changes, and evaluate cost impacts for existing and new products.
