Responsibilities
As Head of Digital Experience & Direct Conversion, you’ll lead a team responsible for driving The Social Hub’s online performance, from traffic and engagement to bookings and revenue. Reporting into the Marketing function, you’ll own our multi-channel digital strategy and performance marketing, while taking full ownership of our website, The Social Hub’s most important digital asset. You work closely with the Channel Manager, SEO/GEO Manager, Product Owners, the CMS team, CRO and UX specialists, as well as the CRM, Media, and Revenue teams to ensure our digital journeys are seamless, engaging, and conversion-led. If you’re someone who blends strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making, and thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment, you’ll fit right in. Set and lead a multi-channel digital strategy across paid media, SEO, Email, website platform and display to drive performance, engagement, and revenue
Own and optimise TSH’s website strategy, ensuring conversion, usability, and integration with all digital channels
Manage digital marketing campaigns from planning to performance, focusing on ROI and continuous improvement through A/B testing and analytics
Oversee SEO & CRO, working with in-house specialists to enhance content, structure, and technical performance.
