Requirements
Operator Experience (Required)
At least 10 years of hands-on ecommerce industry experience, with a strong preference for time spent on the operator side, whether at a brand, retailer, marketplace, or ecommerce platform.
You have owned budgets, hit metrics, and been accountable for results.
eCommerce Stack Knowledge
Deep, hands-on familiarity with the ecommerce technology landscape: storefronts (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce), ERPs, OMS, WMS, 3PLs, marketplaces, and data/analytics tools.
Ability to hold a credible technical conversation with an ecommerce architect or CTO, and translate that into business terms for a CMO or CFO.
