Provides supervision of front and back-office staff in the Women\u2019s and Children\u2019s outpatient clinics.

Supports department management with the daily oversight of the office operations.

Intervenes as necessary to redirect, guide or counsel staff in the delivery of patient care services.

Ensures direct care of patients is conducted within established standards of care, hospital and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Assists with achieving budgeted expenses on a monthly and annual basis.

On an annual basis, may assist with development the office revenue, expense, and capital budgets within EvergreenHealth guidelines.
