Responsibilities
Fulfillment Operations Assistant Manager
This is a hands-on floor leadership role at the center of our day-shift operation, with direct ownership across kitting, picking, packing, SLUs, and drivers.
Our fulfillment center is growing fast, and this role is part of how we invest in that growth.
You will lead the floor across all five workflows, coach a strong team, roll out new processes, and keep a high-volume shift running at its best.
