Patient Care Services Coordinator

High School Graduate or equivalent.

Recent experience in a healthcare setting; familiarity of medical terminology and computer skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Directs coordination of flex pool staffing and utilization of outside agencies

Responsible for reconciling agency staff charges

Prepares staffing related reports, utilizes established staffing methodologies, policies and procedures.

Reviews time cards and notifies staff of discrepancies identified in time card data.

Manages the online agency requisition portal for postings, submissions, contract awards, and pertinent documents that the vendor portal may require.

Verifies all agency new hires and renewals have obtained the required licensure/certifications based on the position description.
