Experience overseeing mechanical and electrical subcontractor activities in industrial facilities.

Ability to monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements.

Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and design prints.

Experience with mechanical, electrical, and steel installation drawings.

Experience with specification development and subcontract agreements.

The Construction Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of self-performing and subcontracted installation staff involved in the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of all project systems.

Lead pre-construction planning, including scheduling, estimating, and staffing.

Coordinate reviews and approvals of issued construction drawings and specifications.

Conduct constructability reviews throughout the design process.

Develop scope of work packages and work with subcontractors/vendors on proposals.

Collaborate with subcontractors/vendors to develop and maintain schedules.
