Responsibilities

The Dry Market , Assistant General Manager, leads operations in the Retail Dry Market departments to meet company goals and standards in terms of sales and service.

Reports to the General Manager of Store Operations.

Assists in creating and executing monthly promotion grids for saleable merchandise, adhering to Eataly’s policies

Maintains an orderly store appearance, ensuring only saleable merchandise is displayed; properly handles deleted, expired, and non-saleable items

Monitors inventory: places orders and requisitions as necessary; processes and unloads deliveries; generates monthly inventory and sales reports

Collaborates with the Marketing and Facilities departments on store layout and product placement
