Responsibilities
This position supports the core work of Bio-Techne’s brands by contributing to the production and quality validation of antibodies in a commercial laboratory setting.
Responsibilities include preparing animal serum and raw materials, executing antibody purification processes in accordance with SOPs, and performing routine Western blot analysis to ensure product quality.
The role will focus on protein manipulation and formulation, buffer preparation, and accurate documentation.
Success in this fast-paced environment requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in standard laboratory techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while managing multiple projects and contributing to product development initiatives.
Prepare raw materials, including animal serum, using standard laboratory techniques such as dilution, centrifugation, and filtration.
Execute high-volume antibody purification processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet product release timelines.
