This is a multi-site role supporting product lines across multiple Anduril sites, rather than a single product line or location.

Support the development and maintenance of training content (including job aides), focusing on essential technical skills, equipment operation, quality practices/processes, and safety procedures

Collaborate with SMEs, production leadership, and stakeholders within manufacturing

at each supported site

The Manufacturing Production team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Manufacturing Training and Development team plays a critical role in equipping employees with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to excel in their roles. They design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance technical proficiency, ensure compliance, and support career growth within the organization.
