Human Resources Benefits Coordinator

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

At least 1 year of experience in benefits, leave administration, HR, or related field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

Core employee benefits programs and eligibility rules

Familiarity with multi-state compliance considerations

FMLA regulations and leave administration practices

Experience using HRIS and benefits administration systems

Strong case management and organizational skills

Position Summary

The Benefits Coordinator is a key member of the Total Rewards Team, supporting the administration of employee benefit programs across the organization. The Benefits Coordinator supports general HR and Benefits inquiries via an HR inbox and supports employee benefits troubleshooting, helping ensure a compliant, efficient, and positive employee experience across a multi-state workforce. This role also acts as a back up support for employee leaves of absence. The Benefits Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards.

The salary range for this position is $25.50 - $35.66/hr. Actual pay will be dependent on budget.
