Responsibilities
The Business Operations Lead is a high-impact, high-trust role working alongside the Chief of Staff to drive core operations and execute critical internal initiatives. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and builds systems that help a fast-growing organization operate at its best.
Rather than being hired into a fixed set of tasks, you will be brought on to solve evolving, high-leverage problems across the organization. Over time, your scope will flex based on company priorities and your strengths, with a consistent focus on building scalable operational infrastructure, driving cross-functional projects, and ensuring clear organizational communication.
