Responsibilities
Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor on customer data strategy and AI.
Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce Data 360 platform expert.
Lead discovery and architecture of customer data strategies, ensuring alignment between business goals, data models, and AI-driven use cases.
Assess existing data ecosystems—legacy data warehouses, cloud platforms, and integrations—to define the optimal Data 360 architecture and migration strategy.
Design scalable, secure data architectures—defining DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns.
Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
