Batching Operator

Minimum of (2)-two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred.

All duties consistent with following our established SOP's to ensure the proper transfer of dairy products from blending to processing, to identified filling system in accordance with the production run schedule.

Efficient operation of the process equipment to include the high temperature heat exchange systems equipment, rigs, tanks, pumps, product lines, valves, fittings, and components.

Effective communication and coordination with other departments to ensure product is processed and supplied in accordance with our production run schedule, product end of run, and product changeovers.

Follow all Chart Recording guidelines, ensure accuracy and completion of all required documentation, charts and records.  Audit records at the end of each shift.

Support internal and external compliance audits.

Process all product reclaim within defined guidelines.
