$18.00 per hour

$250 Sign-On Bonus (awarded after 90 days of employment)

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients calling into the firm, conducting consultations to assess how we can best support their needs.

Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate callbacks with prospective clients.

Distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text.

Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.

Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, respectful, and solutions-oriented manner.
