Responsibilities
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will contribute to the design and development of Fixed Plant products including wear liner packages, chutes, hoppers, transfer points and related mining equipment.
You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales and operations teams to deliver practical engineering solutions from concept through to manufacture and field implementation.
Create and maintain 3D models, detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Design and modify wear products and Fixed Plant equipment for mining applications.
Perform reverse engineering activities using field measurements and 3D scan data.
Conduct engineering analysis and design validation using appropriate simulation tools.
