Responsibilities
This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company.
Senior Account Managers lead on all the work we deliver for specific clients. We don’t believe in siloed teams – content, technology, media and data overlap in all roles and will work across all four disciplines.
This role will support the management and planning of exciting accounts and oversee the day-to-day delivery of ongoing projects, coordinating a team of subject-matter-experts including paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, creative, data and CRM. They will represent Dept® to our clients, adding value to relationships beyond organisational skills – we want a mixture of an account manager and a planner, not your typical suit.
You will have the chance to help define and shape the digital strategy for exciting brands. You will be leading a team that delivers compelling content, innovation and media planning across key European markets.
Develop annual strategies, identifying priorities for the year
