Michael Medical Center and Salish Behavioral Health Organization, to ensure continuity with the agency\u2019s mission statement, treatment philosophies, and client care.

Assist nurse supervisors with hiring, training, coaching, development, accountability, and performance appraisals for nurses.

Oversee and serve as backup for nursing staff schedule management.

Treat clients and families with respect and dignity.

Address incident reports, client complaints, and medication errors reported by nursing staff promptly.

Consult with the Medical Systems Director and collaborate with nurse supervisors to research solutions and educate staff as needed.
