Service Delivery Logistics Manager

Provide regular reporting and insights on demand planning, sourcing, and vendor performance

Support client-facing teams with timely updates and key data to enable smooth order progression

Understanding of global telecoms and managed service environments and technology, specifically the basics on what UCPE, CPE and licences are, and how they relate to GTT solutions and service offering.

Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within a regional or multi-country environment would be useful.

Proven capability in vendor management.

Experience managing supplier performance and driving accountability.

As Service Delivery Logistics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of logistics operations supporting global service delivery and assurance teams.

You will ensure the effective sourcing and distribution of CPE and UCPE solutions, maintain strong relationships with OEM vendors, and align regional demand with supply planning.

You will also play a key role in driving cost efficiency, ensuring governance, and supporting client-facing teams with accurate updates and reliable delivery timelines.

Manage end-to-end logistics operations for the distribution of CPE and UCPE across multiple countries

Develop and track vendor performance metrics to ensure service, cost, and quality targets are consistently achieved

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance and resolving performance issues
