Requirements

Responsibilities

Our Sales Administration/Operations Management function plays a critical role in enabling the success of the commercial organization by driving operational excellence, supporting business development, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.

The Business Development (BD) Consultant role (Cnslt, Sales Operations Mgmt) serves as a key support partner to the BD team, developing proposal content, maintaining RFP assets, and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of customer-facing deliverables in support of business development pursuits.

Develops high-quality proposal content by leveraging internal knowledge libraries, subject matter experts, and existing response assets.

Coordinates with BD and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, validate responses, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Reviews responses for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to client requirements to support development of a competitive response.

Conducts targeted research on key client contacts, therapeutic areas, competitors, and relevant market dynamics to support opportunity pursuits, solution positioning, and proposal development.
