Corporate Attorney

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction

7+ years of experience in M&A law

Proven history of high achievement in M&A

Strong understanding of corporate finance and securities regulations

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

We are seeking a skilled experienced attorney to join our legal team to provide assistance and support for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to supporting the Company with mergers and acquisitions, transactions, general contracting support for vendors, or other corporate agreements.  In this role, you will work closely with the General Counsel and senior leaders of the Company to provide comprehensive legal guidance and support for corporate transactions, ensuring that all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations while aligning with the Company’s policies, and strategic goals.

We are looking for a dedicated M&A Lawyer who excels in legal analysis, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions and a deep understanding of corporate law and finance.

As an attorney in the Legal Department, you will:

Contract drafting and negotiation

: Draft and negotiate a variety of legal documents for day-to-day operations, and in relations to any Company transaction. Such documents may include letters of intent, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and purchase/sale agreements.
