Responsibilities
• Learn station systems including CRM, inventory management and proposal tools
• Complete structured training on linear broadcast TV, CTV/OTT, digital and data-driven solutions
• Shadow and co-sell with experienced Account Executives
• Assist in prospecting, needs analysis, and client presentations
• Manage assigned house or starter accounts
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline

The Development Program Account Executive is a structured, 12-month development role designed to build the next generation of high-performing media sales professionals. This position provides comprehensive training across television, digital, and data -driven advertising solutions while offering hands-on selling experience under guidance of senior sales leaders.
The Account Executive Development Program bridges the gap between entry-level sales experience and full Account Executive responsibility by combing formal learning, mentorship, and progressive revenue ownership. Upon successful completion of the program, the Account Executive transitions into a role with an established pipeline and the foundation necessary for long-term success.
