When necessary, provide on-site technical assistance/support to fleet activities

When necessary, provide fleet helpdesk support and serve as a technical liaison between the fleet and the NAVSUP PBLO command

Review installation drawing packages

Attend weekly Tier I and Tier II meetings to review actions and make recommendations

Ensure compliance with Allowance Parts Lists

Provide oversight on maintenance schedule adherence and progress reports

Overview

The Performance Based Logistics Organic (PBLO) provides technical and training support for C4ISR and C5ISR programs, including Ships Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE), Naval Modular Automated Communications System (NAVMACS), Ships Closed Circuit Television (SCCTV), and URC109 platforms and associated Depot Level Repairables (DLRs). Responsibilities include conducting technical evaluations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and depot-level repairs to ensure system reliability and operational readiness.
