Responsibilities
We’re hiring a Talent Development Program Manager to help us build and scale the programs that make this possible. This is not a traditional L&D role focused on maintaining existing training. This is a builder role. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to design and launch high-impact programs while getting to own execution, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a foundational role in shaping how skill development and career growth evolve at
Customer.io
—and help create programs that enable our people to do the best work of their careers.
