As a Centria Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for pediatric patients (birth–21) or adults with complex medical needs.

Deliver skilled care, including medication administration, catheter care, and

Trach/Vent management.

Monitor patient vitals and document conditions using our streamlined HealthTrust EMR.

Support families and collaborate with care teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a comfortable home setting.
