Base salary:
$85,000
Commission:
1.5% of net sales collected on all brands in your book, paid monthly. Uncapped.

Responsibilities
We're hiring a Sales Account Manager to own our Northern California territory — covering San Francisco, the East Bay, the North Bay, Sonoma, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Shasta counties.
This is a field sales role with full revenue ownership of a defined territory and named-account responsibility for key chain partners.
Own monthly revenue across the territory: retain existing accounts, develop new business, and drive multi-brand penetration at every visit.
Manage Key Account relationships — including a multi-store chain partner and other named accounts — through buyer-level relationships, business reviews, and joint promotions.
Build and execute a written territory plan with named target accounts, route cadence, and quota by account.
Partner with brand teams on demo days, ride-alongs, and product launches in the region.
