Responsibilities
Develop messaging frameworks and narratives that relay our brand value to specific audiences.
Create internal and external sales enablement collateral—including buyer personas, objection handling, presentations, one-pagers, customer case studies, and product demos—that increase win rates and reduce deal cycles. Consistently update and evolve materials to ensure accurate messaging and data; maintain strict quality standards for all public facing content.
Research and analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor positioning, and empower cross-functional teams with relevant insights.
Influence the product roadmap by surfacing insights from from client, partner, and member feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Develop, implement and manage scalable processes, such as reporting, win/loss analysis, and member testimonials, to scale impact and ensure consistent application of best practices.
Help establish the Product Marketing function at Lantern as a force multiplier for our growth strategy.
