Requirements
Minimum 3 years scheduling experience in a unionized acute care setting.

Responsibilities
Number of vacancies:
You will act as a scheduling business partner, using expertise in strategic scheduling to assess and make decisions collaboratively with operational leadership teams across a defined portfolio to ensure adherence to appropriate collective agreements, scheduling policies and models of care.
This role involves capturing rotation requirements, creating rotation plans, and building rotations using standard methodologies and tools.
Your deep understanding of collective agreements and health care service delivery models allows you to create rotation plans that balance budget constraints, coverage needs, and organizational guidelines.
Service Delivery Model Design
: proactively supports unit managers and scheduling staff to establish and maintain effective staffing models for delivery of service in their specific units or departments.
