Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance solutions for HVAC systems & lift stations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC preventative maintenance and Lift Station preventative maintenance services within assigned territory.
Conduct site visits, cold calls and leverage our existing customers. Conduct presentations and assessments to evaluate client needs and tailor maintenance plans to meet those needs.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of preventative maintenance, including cost savings, increased system lifespan, and improved performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted maintenance services.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements.
