Staff Technical Product Manager

8+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical platforms and service tools.

Proven success in building and launching diagnostic or service-related digital solutions.

Automotive diagnostics or service operations experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira/Confluence), PRD authoring, and discovery practices (user interviews, service blueprints).

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00

Initial California base salary range = $154,000 - $187,000
