As an Advisor Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the strategy behind how our advisors build their brands and their books — moving beyond executing requests to setting the direction for how we market at scale.

You'll partner directly with advisors and leadership, shape our playbooks, and raise the bar for what "good" marketing looks like across the firm.

Own the advisor marketing strategy, partnering directly with advisors to sharpen their personal brand and business development efforts

Build repeatable marketing programs and playbooks (social calendars, campaign templates, event frameworks) that scale across a growing advisor base

Set the editorial and content strategy across digital channels, ensuring every piece of copy sounds like Farther and lands with our audience
