As an Advisor Support Coordinator, you'll sit within the CX team and provide dedicated administrative support — either to a specific advisor or to a CX pod depending on where the need is greatest.

Handle inbound phone support in a professional, receptionist-style capacity — routing calls, distributing voicemails, and screening unwanted outreach

Manage expense reimbursements and mileage tracking via Ramp, plus coordinate travel logistics

Prep and maintain weekly reports, CRM updates, and physical meeting materials so everything's accurate and ready when needed

Coordinate client appreciation gifts, event logistics, and compliance tracking with our marketing and compliance teams
