Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to drive the adoption and deployment of artificial intelligence tools across our organization.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of technology, education, and operations.

You will serve as the primary champion for AI literacy and capability-building at SA, partnering with teams throughout the network to identify opportunities, launch AI-powered projects, and upskill staff to work confidently with emerging tools. We are building toward becoming the first AI-native K–12 enterprise in the country, transforming every workflow, from classroom content to legal contracts to college counseling, into an AI-first process.

AI Training & Enablement

Design and deliver hands-on training programs to equip teams across SA with the AI skills and workflows they need to do their jobs better and faster.

Develop practical guides, playbooks, and resources that demystify AI tools for a non-technical audience.
