Requirements
7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
Own and manage strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, including hospital executives, operational leaders, innovation teams, and clinical leadership.
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
Drive contract renewals and revenue retention across existing client accounts.
Identify and execute opportunities to expand robotic deployments across additional hospital sites, departments, and workflows.
Develop account strategies that align Diligent’s solutions with each customer’s operational, clinical, and financial objectives.
Lead executive business reviews to demonstrate value, ROI, and operational impact delivered by Diligent’s robots.
