Demonstrated success owning multi-tier or high-volume hiring pipelines (seasonal, field, and corporate/HQ roles), and accountability for metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion, cost-per-hire, and headcount goals.
Experience designing and deploying employer brand strategy across job boards, social media, and community or referral channels to build diverse candidate pools.
[HQ GX] HQ staff may be expected to visit camp locations or clients to experience Camp Galileo and Galileo X Solutions first-hand.

Responsibilities
You will partner closely within the People Team and with Cross-Functional Leaders to ensure consistency in hiring practices, data integrity, and strategic use of our recruiting systems.
Your role balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership—designing and executing recruitment strategies, building diverse candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
This role powers the operational foundation that makes Galileo's mission possible.
By designing robust, scalable multi-channel recruitment strategies and managing a highly cohesive talent engine, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition ensures that all program and operational teams are staffed with high-quality, mission-aligned talent on schedule.
You will act as a driving force for equity, employer brand excellence, and data-backed recruitment optimization across the entire organization.
