Exposure to compute, storage, networking, and virtualization concepts, with a willingness to learn.

Familiarity with virtual desktop (VDI) or end-user computing environments is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Some exposure to scripting or automation (such as PowerShell) is a plus.

Basic understanding of identity and access management, such as Microsoft Entra ID.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, evaluating system configurations, security settings, and operational requirements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

Support virtual desktop (VMware Horizon/Nutanix) and end-user computing (EUC) environments by handling common user requests and first-level issues.

Provide day-to-day support for business, engineering, and enterprise applications.

Help with SaaS application tasks such as account provisioning, license assignment, and access requests.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and escalate complex technical issues to senior administrators.
