Guest Services Coordinator- FT, evening

Requires 3 – 5 years of prior customer service experience.

Must be organized, able to do multiple tasks, be flexible and able to travel among the hospital sites.

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.

The Guest Services Coordinator acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their family.

This position is responsible for proactively managing any identified concerns, promoting teamwork, relationship building, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere.
