Responsibilities
This role combines financial administration, property management, and tenant/vendor relationship management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Financial Administration
Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and process Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R).
Prepare and print checks.
Generate qualitative financial reports.
Issue 1099-Misc forms to applicable vendors.
