Automotive Assistant General Manager

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in an auto mechanic shop.

Efficient in Digital Visual Inspections & Procedures

Experience with Autoflow or similar platform, preferred but not required

Sound knowledge of automotive systems, repair techniques, and industry standards.

Solid understanding of financial management & budgeting.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Base ($20k - $30k bonus + 3% profit sharing)

Lead operations (scheduling, workflow, quality) while actively contributing to the shop’s success.

Personally drive sales and revenue through lead follow-up, customer conversions, upsells, and local partnerships.

Deliver measurable results tied to monthly sales targets, ARO, gross profit, and retention metrics.

Be hands-on with customers — walk the floor, support service writing, and build lasting relationships.
