Responsibilities
At ZayZoon, we've built a financial empowerment platform that helps businesses of all sizes make a real impact on employee financial wellness.
The design system you build and govern here is the foundation that every product experience sits on, which means the decisions you make have a direct line to whether someone successfully accesses their earned wages or walks away confused.
As our Staff Designer, you'll own our design system end-to-end: tokens, patterns, documentation, governance, and the engineering partnership that makes sure what ships actually matches what was designed.
If you care as much about how a system scales as you do about the quality of a single interaction, this is the role you've been looking for.
You'll evolve our design system end-to-end (components, tokens, patterns, and documentation) in close partnership with engineering so it stays coherent and scales as the product grows.
You'll bridge design and implementation directly, writing and reviewing production-ready HTML, CSS, and React to close the gap between what was designed and what actually ships.
