Requirements
2+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role
Strong customer service and communication skills — you focus on end-user experience and empathize with users
Experience administering systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
Experience supporting Apple hardware, including MDM tools like Iru (formerly Kandji) or Jamf, and device lifecycle for a remote workforce
Experience automating repetitive tasks with tools like Okta Workflows, Slack Workflows or BetterCloud
Experience with Slack-based IT ticketing tools

Create an intuitive and user-friendly technology environment for your fellow Pomelos!
Run onboarding and offboarding for a distributed team: provisioning accounts, shipping devices, and recovering them when people leave
Implement security policies across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace and others to keep our patients' data safe
