Lead Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience required

Assist physicians during abortion procedures while providing compassionate support and reassurance to patients.

Monitor workflow to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent patient care.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and clinic protocols.

Maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and exam room readiness.

2-3 years’ experience in women's health, reproductive health, OB/GYN, family planning, or primary care is highly desirable.

Perform pre-operative screening, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, reviewing medical histories, and documenting information accurately in the electronic medical record.

Provide informed consent counseling and patient education.

Register patients, verify information, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.

Work collaboratively with providers and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
