Program Services Manager
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Resource Nurse is responsible for inter and intradepartmental activities related to the day-to-day educational support of hemodialysis nursing staff.
Direct patient care as needed to support clinical operations and workflow.
Development of educational strategies that will improve overall functioning of the unit, enhancing clinical practice and quality patient care.
