Client Operations Manager

At least 4 years professional experience in client/customer services, preferably in fulfillment, retail, e-commerce, and or supply chain.

Must have experience with business tools such as CRMs, WMS, Google Suite, etc.

Nurtures client relationships through regular communication with clients in person, via email, and virtual meetings.

Be the expert on Outerspace business operations as well as their brands’ business in order to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Leads meetings with clients and cross functional teams, successfully executing the basis of the meetings and action items

Promotes brand growth; identifies opportunities for brand relationships to expand and evolve

Proactively identify solutions and process improvements, including anticipating and addresses complexities of clients’ unique fulfillment workflows

Acts as a Super User managing client business through data analysis & analytics, using business tools such as Google Suite, Slack, CRM, & our WMS.
