Requirements
Essential:
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead workshops, facilitate process modelling and define requirements in a client environment, producing clear and structured outputs, processes and ways of working.
Demonstrable experience supporting PMO / Project Governance within major infrastructure or energy projects, ideally in developing or maturing client organizations.
Strong understanding of major capital project lifecycle governance and stage-gate processes, and how these translate into practical governance frameworks.
Proven experience mapping, documenting and improving project delivery processes and governance workflows, and developing standardized PMO tools, templates and documentation to support consistent planning, execution and reporting.
Excellent analytical and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of requirements, processes, decisions and reporting structures through high‑quality, business‑ready documentation.

Responsibilities
As Business Analyst, you will be involved in:
Establishing Project Governance
Supporting the development and implementation of Program and Project Governance Frameworks, including decision forums, escalation routes and delegated authorities.
Defining and documenting the governance structure, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadences, reporting cycles, and integrated assurance activities.
Preparing governance artifacts such as Terms of Reference (ToR), governance maps, RACI matrices, stage‑gate guidance and approvals pathways.
Supporting the Governance Manager in standing up and managing key governance forums (Steering Committees, Technical Committees, Change Boards, Risk Reviews).
