Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building (60%)
Proactively identify and engage high-quality, passive candidates for the central office and regional teams that support our schools, staff, and students, including Finance, IT, Marketing, and Human Resources.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques—including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks—to build a robust pipeline of talent that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
Act as a talent scout, "mapping" the market to identify where top-tier professionals are making an impact and effectively "selling" the opportunity to transition into mission-driven work.
Hiring Manager Partnership & Strategy
Regularly share data-driven updates on pipeline health and outreach effectiveness, adjusting strategies in real-time to meet the evolving needs of our Home Office.
