Responsibilities
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Director of of Sales Enablement and Partner Readiness to drive scalable enablement across our Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Partner ecosystem.
This role is responsible for building and operationalizing world-class programs that accelerate revenue, reduce ramp time, and ensure consistent, high-impact customer and partner experiences.
This leader will own the design, delivery, and continuous optimization of global enablement programs aligned to NiCE Cognigy’s Agentic AI and customer experience vision.
The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional partnership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services.
