Our goal is to build one of the earliest AI-native People Operations systems inside a scaling technology company.

Instead of a large administrative HR organization, we are building a highly leveraged People team powered by innovative solutions, operational excellence and emergent AI-enabled processes.

We call this model the TAO of People: Tech, Agents, and Operations.

The TAO of People is the operating system behind how a company hires, supports, and grows its workforce—where a small team designs systems, workflows, and agents that run much of the operational work.

We are looking for a builder to help design and implement this model at Atomic Machines.

This role partners directly with the VP, People to architect the systems, workflows, and internal tools that power the People Team as the company scales.

Partner with teams beyond the People function to identify opportunities where automation, tooling, and agent-based workflows can improve internal operations.
