FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE:
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage HR, People, and Benefits leaders across Italy to generate new business opportunities for Wellz.
Own the full sales cycle - from hunting to farming - find and open new leads, qualify, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing new clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage forecasts and sales activity using CRM tools.
Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals adapted to the Italian market context.
Understand client needs and position Wellz as a strategic mental wellbeing solution for organizations.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support sales efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
