Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator

Required:

High school diploma.

Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating Commercial Roofing Projects.

Must have working knowledge of the Edge Software or a digital estimating program. Must be willing to learn on-line system for bidding process.

Must be extremely knowledgeable of Microsoft Programs such as Excel and Word.

Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.

Maintain active involvement with local organizations such as BOMA and IREM and participating in networking events with them.

Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.

Establish rapport and developing long-term business relationships with clients.

Make sales presentations and partner with clients to establish their needs.

Present clients with the most appropriate solutions.
